  • On Monday, June 21, 2021 the Senate voted to pass S3780 on a bipartisan vote of 37-3.

    • S3780, restoring Prosecutors Part of PERS is introduced in the New Jersey Senate by Sen. Joseph A. Lagana (Paramus) on Thursday, May 13, 2021. Click here to view the bill. On June 17, 2021, the Senate Budget Committee considered S3780 and voted to release the bill to the Senate floor.

      • Senator Paul A. Sarlo (Wood-Ridge), Deputy Majority Leader, has signed onto S3780 as a Primary Sponsor.

      • Senator Vin Gopal (Ocean Township), Majority Conference Leader, has signed onto S3780 as a Co-Sponsor.
